Birth Plan: Discuss & Write with me!

90 minute virtual session of planning and writing. Work together with a coach to create a tailored birth plan that suits your needs and preferences. This session is designed to help you clarify your birth goals and ensure your wishes are respected during labor and delivery. This is for all mamas looking for medicated, unmedicated, hospital or birth center setting. We will work through your top goals of this birth, your birth technique, pain management techniques, and post partum wishes. You will receive a PDF copy (Rev.0) of your birth plan.

Birth Doula Package

A complete support system for your birth journey, including (3) 90 minute prenatal coaching sessions, 24-7 text support, (1) 90 minute postpartum visit, attendance of birth in-person, dozens of educational resources, birth writing templates and 5 laminated copies of your birth plan. This support is 20+ hours worth of services from Lakin's Birth Coaching.

3x 90 minute coaching sessions
- Session 1: Review 300 topics about pregnancy and birth to prepare you for a smooth pregnancy and labor. We will also discuss resources to set you up for success postpartum.
- Session 2: Write your birth plan and discuss your deepest concerns about pregnancy, birth, and post partum. Together, we will create an action plan for those worries.
- Session 3: We will act out scenarios during birth and physically practice breathing techniques and pain management technology for your birth. We will discuss your birth plan one last time and make any final adjustments.
