Service Description

(3) Virtual Coaching sessions, 90 minutes each. (In-person option available for DMV Area) Get personalized support and guidance through your pregnancy. Our Prenatal Consultation aims to empower and inform you about the birthing process, helping you prepare mentally and physically for the arrival of your baby. Package includes: -unlimited text throughout pregnancy and birth -3x 90 minute coaching sessions -Session 1: Review 300 topics about pregnancy and birth to prepare you for a smooth pregnancy and labor. We will also discuss resources to set you up for success postpartum. -Session 2: Write your birth plan and discuss your deepest concerns about pregnancy, birth, and post partum. Together, we will create an action plan for those worries. -Session 3: We will act out scenarios during birth and physically practice breathing techniques and pain management technology for your birth.
