Service Description
A 1x 2 hour session in-person. Receive in-home support postpartum to ease the transition to parenthood. This service focuses on both emotional support and practical guidance, helping new parents adjust smoothly after the birth of their child. I will provide resources on parenting, lactation, healing & PFT, and PP conditions.
