2 hour virtual session of planning and writing. Work together with a coach to create a tailored birth plan that suits your needs and preferences. This session is designed to help you clarify your birth goals and ensure your wishes are respected during labor and delivery. This is for all mamas looking for medicated, unmedicated, hospital or birth center setting. We will work through your top goals of this birth, your birth technique, pain management techniques, and post partum wishes. You will receive a PDF copy (Rev.0) of your birth plan.
